FAQ

How many students fit on one seating chart?
The chart uses rows × columns seats. If you enter more names than seats, the page notes how many names could not fit so you can add rows or columns.
Can I print a seating chart for a substitute?
Yes. Download or print the PDF and keep it with your sub plans. Room and class period fields help substitutes read the chart quickly.
Does the seating chart support US Letter and A4?
Yes. Choose the paper size before printing. The preview uses the same dimensions as the downloaded PDF.
Is this seating chart maker free?
Yes. There is no login required to build, preview, or download a classroom seating chart PDF.
